If you are buying an annealer to prolong the life of cheap commercial brass, It is a waste of money for you. Reasons to purchase an automated annealer (1) You are using wildcat brass that is expensive, hard to find and or involves alot of time to form and prepare. You want to use that brass for a long time.

    (2) You are match shooter who wants to ensure neck tension is always consistent, after 4 firinings neck tension will change, and vary within the same batch.

  • For those who can't find their own rotisserie motor.

  • Of all the annealing videos this was the most accurate and true information about brass. The crush test is a great idea to get a feel for annealed brass not accurate but if you hand anneal with a torch this will give you an idea of what you are doing.
