@ionglacier except the city's economy is now slowly improving, and other sources are being used to support the economy. The University is growing, the city has had copious construction projects to generate jobs, and tourist attractions such as the red bull air races are continuing to come into the city. Councillors are also working on supporting the local economy in giving small businesses incentives and pushing local food :) AND we are a border city. Windsor is not so bad after all!
