Teh Science of Spaghetti

A curious scene from the wonderfully bizarre movie, THE SCIENCE OF SLEEP...I had to post this so I could send it to my ex-girlfriend, because she made a sort-of collage for me about a year ago when we were together...She said it was supposed to be a PORTAL, but I couldn't even make sense out of the oddly juxtaposed tree, water, rail, and other wierd elements pasted together in no rational order...Until I saw this EERILY similar background from this movie, where Stephane is playing with his "time machine."
Not the only odd coincidence I've had with this movie...But then again, I have coincidences involving pretty much everything!
