  • John, dear friend, do you own an iron? Have you heard about irons and what they can do? Your shirt has more wrinkles than a camels foreskin. Great video, the highlight for me was at 3:40 -3:43 very appetizing, yum!

  • Ronnie, I need a wife to iron my shirts for me. The shirt I am wearing is linen fiber shirt (flax) they tend to wrinkle more than cotton shirts. They are also healthier to wear than cotton shirts. This trip I was traveling, and had no iron. and I never saw a camels foreskin.

  • No fruit?

  • Hippocrates believes in low (sweet) fruit diet.

Looks fine to me. Theres nothing wrong with wringle shirts. Many big well known companies make wringle clothings as a style. So john, you dont need to own a iron. Its up to you though. Anyways, awesome video.

  • I not see here chess, milk products, nectars, fruits, products like a coocked food but raw:soup, ice cream, coockies, raw pizza, etc.Isn't good this way, even you eat sprouts, etc. You need to eat something traditional but raw .

  • This is one boring buffet. Yes it's raw, but couldn't they put some work into making the food look interesting.

  • very helpful vid! and don't worry for your shirt wrinkles and your hair ever!

  • Great video, and thank you for sharing it w/ us! I do think it's kinda strange that you think Braggs is unhealthy yet the people who run the institute don't ... hmmm ...

  • @okraw a wife? you do know that men can iron their clothes, rt!?

  • Isn't buckwheat greens toxic?

  • When I refer to "braggs" I am refering to "braggs liquid aminos". Correct, I am not a fan. It is NOT a health food in my opinion. I personally like to use (on ocassion) some of their dried seasonings. I personally don't often consume apple cider vinegar.

  • @okraw

Bragg is a brand, and they have lots of products. I particularly like the raw apple cider vinegar. So are you just calling out Bragg because you don't like the Liquid Aminos? I read the above comment and assume that's the case. The Bragg raw vinegar is amazing compared to store pasteurized variety, and no I don't work there, but that's all the raw we get around here. For now. I'm still learning and thanks to your work I have a great resource. Thank you.

  • @okraw Dude, I didn't notice your shirt until I read the comment section. I was totally focused on the food the whole time.

  • Very cool video John, I'm looking forward to getting down there and grubbing now that I've seen this video!

    Hope all is well,

    -BE :-)
