If you like this song and want it then you are most welcome to have a copy: http://petercurtismateer.bandcamp.com/track/love-is-inside
Some travel snapshots of Israel and India, beginning in the garden of Gethsemane, continuing through Agra home to the Taj, then after returning to the garden in Jerusalem where an infamous betrayal of love occurred, ending in a Palestinian city to the north called Akka, once a penal colony where the Ottoman Empire banished people the authorities wanted to disappear without a trace. Justice prevailed from within its walls there however at the end of the 19th Century and within a short span of time it first regenerated the prison city then it made its voice heard around the world. For without justice, what good is love? The attractive force which binds everything together in the universe from particles to people requires laws in order to be able to properly function otherwise chaos would ensue and it would all collapse.
It makes the age old dichotomy of personal freedom or salvation versus social and universal cause and effect seem irrelevant somehow today.

@A297MAN104 Thanks Dave. I'd settle to hear what it sounds like with drums but it won't happen probably for a drummer's hourly rate would cost more than I could get back if I sold it...hence the reason why I've started giving my recordings away. But hey, thanks for your kind and positive words! Pete.

You're in your Motown phase now I think Pete :o) This is really a finely done piece of music and a great Curtis Mayfield like vocal performance.. Oh and I must make mention of the very tasteful synth adds too... many synth sounds are called but few are chosen as we know :o) Great Pete.

I channelled some Curtis soul music to write this one Ron, you're right, and blended this with some 80s synth parts (fortunately it didn't come off sounding like Spandeau Ballet). This is because in NZ during the late 70s early 80s there were 2 types of music video shows. 1 type played British New Wave music and the other was Solid Gold Hits which played disco from the States. Curtis got the balance between trendy funk and classic soul just right, expresso over hot chocolate. Thanks my friend.

Love the falsetto voice. Very interesting "soulful" song. A totally unique sound, yet familiar. Well done there. The pictures are fantastic as well.

@PaulBradford13 Hi Paul, unique enough to sound original but familiar enough to sound somewhat memorable, that's my thing kind of...well, one of my things anyway. Thanks mate.
