Neck Pain - Headache - Chiropractic Adjustment - Cervical Gonstead - Wellness - Salt Lake City

Neck adjusting does not have to be traumatic. The thrust in this video is upwards due to the angle of the joints. Notice no twisting during the thrust. Thrust is very little force through the nose. I learned this while practicing with the legendary Richard A. Gohl in Los Angeles. Search YouTube for "Inside the Adjustment."

  • @nickjonasbigfan Yes, we understand that but it's the crack sound that everyone wants to hear. The louder the better.

  • fail

  • You don't have to hear a crack or pop for it to work.

    I'm sure it worked.

  • What the hell

  • @tofumamasan

That's why you don't take 50 of them. lol

  • A lot of people take Excedrin or NSAIDS for headache. Those drugs can cause internal bleeding, strokes, liver damage, death. Let's talk about that.

  • Not every adjustment makes noise. I bet it was adjusted and felt good.
