I made 1 at home from a jam jar, but I don't know where it is now lol. I used tin foil for white side(silver) and a sharpie to paint the other side black. That was for the spinner. Than I glued a steel nidle in the jam jar. I used the tire valve(one way valve) that was glued on the cover to pump out the air with the siringe. That way there was very litle friction with air. I hope that helped you.

How much did it cost you? I bet its vacuum sealed though prolly couldnt make one. but cool i might buy one if i can find it.
The only problem is I bought mine in a science museum when we visited Washington D.C.
