Several thugs try to rob a jewelry store after hours. They didn't count on the jewelry store owner being armed, or being tough enough to capture one of their own even after being shot by one of the robbers.

  • I just wish the bad guy was a chalk mark, not an inmate.

  • These kinds of incidences are the best and most effect form of crime prevention. If every victim could fight back the predators would try to avoid violent confrontations. Unfortunately some people have been denied the right to self-defense.

An apple a day keeps the doctor away.

A gun in your pocket keeps the bad guys at bay.

  • Why can't the monkeys just go back to their cage?

  • New York should be "Right to Carry" Law abiding citizens should be armed!

  • An important thing to notice: From the video it was apparent that the assailant INSTANTLY stopped shooting and turned and ran AS SOON AS he realized his planned victim was armed and going to shoot. I've seen this in ALL such live videos I've watched. Conclusion: merely brandishing a gun is HIGHLY effective at ending a criminal encounter. The old refrain of "They will take your gun and use it on you" is CLEARLY disproved from all these videos.

  • @XCritonX

im sorry but your wrong, a gun in your pocket and on your leg keeps twice as many robbers away! :D

  • Wow, Thalia, your are both articulate and pretty ! Please call...

Those two who were arrested...why do they need to rob? Looks like they've got PLENTY to eat.

  • Yes they are legal. The cops all carry them and any citizen who keeps a gun for self defense should be using hollowpoints as well. The have much more stopping power than ball rounds.

  • Are those legal in the US? Or just in some states? You're not "allowed" to use them in a war.

  • he should of killed them, I would have...

  • I've been saying that for 8 1/2 years now. the way to make flights safer isn't to take away everyone's steak knives, but to give EVERYone on the plane a steak knife!

  • Obviously, the bad guy was using full metal jacket rounds and thats why the store owner lived. It passed right through him. And thats why I carry hollow points.
