Yes it's true, I'm a progressive keyboardplayer from Milan (Italy) and I love the melodic musical genius by Annie. In "Still Life" she reminds me of Antonella Ruggero, ex vocalist from an Italian band Matia Bazar (in the 70's tune "C'è tutto un mondo intorno"). Then in the 2nd part of the mini-suite "Things I don't understand", thanks to her incredible vocal harmonization and in Renaissance's work entitled "Prologue", like in "It snows in heaven too", her music interpretation is incredible!.
This song and this performance are timeless. Is Annie Haslam the greatest contemporary singer in English history?

Annie is an angel who came crashing down to Earth, now exists amongst us mere mortals.
