SHOAIB WAS A GREAT CAPTAIN....AND HE IS A VERY GOOD ,HUMOROUS,INTELLIGENT,HOT GUY........
-
LOL...that 4 captains theory by Bucanan was initially from Abdul Qadir...that thieving Aussie... :P
-
Yonis has this ability ... he puts two Naswar under his jaw and gives a damn about what everyone else thinks ... unpleasantly straight forward person ... team has won t20 word cup true but things can get very ugly under his captaincy ...
I am sure few months later people would start having problems with his temperament ... Imran khan was a different story ... he was also bossy but he was also educated unlike Yonis ...
-
I think confidence was not the problem , he was less authorotative ... as Ramiz also pointed that he tries to be a "Goody" ... captain has to take hard decisions that might not be well received by his team mates ... but its his decision ... and he's the boss ...

I don't agree with you. In my opinion players like Imran Khan, Miandad or Asif Iqbal can coach Pakistani team much better than an imported one.
By the way, Qadir was a chief selector not a coach...and I believe he is a very honest and patriotic person.

he is a selector not a coacj....

very very good succession by qadir bhai
shoaib doesnt appear and sound like a good captain. he lags in confidence and determination. Younis Khan seems to be a much powerful candidate for captaincy.
