  • ALSO, I'd be happy to mix your next demo if you want. I like mixing demos

  • I will gladly take you up on that offer. ^_^

  • You need more voices. It doesn't show your range much. It should be at least 1 minute long at least. Also, a little music never hurt anyone. x: But I am assuming that this is not going to be used as your actual ACTUAL demo reel, so...

  • Actually my vocal instructor required us to keep it this short when we recorded it in the studio.

When I get the chance I'll probably record a character demo and a commerical demo.

As for music? Should it really have any? When I hear a demo real I'd rather hear the voice and the music can often enough get in the way. To each their own... but I guess I might use music for my character demo.

And I never planned to use it to pitch myself but it did get a paid gig locally.

  • Hmm, are you interested in online voice acting as a hobby? Contact me if you are. You have a very pleasant voice.

  • Glad you think my voice is pleasant and I would love to do some online voice acting. I already sent you an e-mail (though I might have gotten the address wrong).

  • Crud, I hate to waste space again but five hundred words are too short.

  • Not bad, Andy. Perhaps I should press one of these vocal demo thingys one day.

    Not today, but soon.

  • Well, music keeps the demo from being boring and plain to be honest. At least thats my opinion. I've used music in all my demos. Not to mention the fact that I have talked to and are actually friends with a lot of pro voice actors/tresses who use music in their own demos. So. Yeah. But thats just my two cents. O:

  • Use of studio equipment or not, you've got talent, man. I can't wait to see what you do with your Abridged Series voices.

  • Awesome!

  • Dude, that's a great demo there. You definitely have great potential.
