Just turn on your tv and set it for however long you want, get comfy and cozy. Close your eyes and think if hilarious things and cool movies. Hum or fiddle but don't look at the tv. Turn it to something boring and you will hopefully fall asleep of boredom.

really though,i think trusting in ur body is the only thing u can do when sleep is SO consistently bad.id be driven off the walls some times,im a really really bad sleeper.but the way i see it,if u are lying in bed with a resting body AND a resting mind,thats rest enough to get u through the next day

the reason is that sum times i cant get 2 sleep is because i have 2 much on my mind. things that are bothering me. so i tell people the things that are on my mind and i get to sleep better. but i onli tell people who i can trust and who wont care or wont see me any differently no matter wat i tell them!

I have that same problem. Usually I am thinking about everything that I have to do the next day, so it keeps me up.

If your insomnia is a serious problem I don't think making humorous childish videos is the right way to cry for help. If you want someone to take you seriously then grow up and be serious.
I recommend talking to someone you trust and who cares and loves you and who won't judge you, talk about ALL the things that you think about that prevents you from sleeping. Process and understand your thoughts.

Well, it was just a video that I made to ask for some sleeping tips. I was not seeking medical advice or anything, just some tips to sleep better, and some of the things actually did work. I do not have insomnia, I just don't sleep very well in my bed. It was just a fun video.

good I am pleased you did not take my words personal, sorry that I misunderstood. I was genuinely offering some help in case you were troubled to a point you could not sleep. You are very cute :)
