I DON'T OWN THIS SHORT, IT BELONGS TO DISNEY. Mickey Mouse Works House of Mouse Mortimer (Mickey's rival) shows up once again to try to steal Mickey's paper when Pluto is sent out to retrieve it.

my favorite 'pluto gets the paper' is when pluto steps in some gum and it ends up wound over everything

My favorite scene is "Street gag". where the signs made up names. And I also like how Pluto made Mortimer fetched the paper since he touched it first.
