@OldHickory7 There is no point trying to compare the two. The original Office is not supposed to be fast-paced - it's designed for the majority of the western world who tend to have enough patience to appreciate that kind of humour. Americans appear require in-your-face humour to get a laugh. English Office is supposed to be slow, painful and fascinating. And if you watch it from beginning to the end, you will get to enjoy the wonderfully slow plot development of Tim and Dawn's relationship.
