This is nice!! I was at the store playing with it for 30 minutes....just one thing that i did not like..your arm will be sooo tierd after 30 minutes of moving it around the screen that you"ll be happy to use the mouce

If you're on a newer version of TouchSmart, your iTunes library will automatically be in the TouchSmart Music app, make sure you're in the local Library view (not Rhapsody). If you're in an older version, go into Settings in theh Music App and select the iTunes Library.
