My E5300 @ 4.0GHz ! - HD

My E5300 @ 4.0Ghz !, these r my own over clock settings : ), i now have the cpu cooler under my control manual.. seen as i cant see the core temps, ive got it at about 50% most of the time and when i do multi tasking i turn it up, the cpu temp it self the chip stays pretty cool no hotter then 22c so the core temps probably aren't to much higher, i rendered this video to HD, so please comment, rate & subscribe, hope u like it, sorry there is some editor on ram timings is suppose to say it wont post with lower timings no higher, thanks guys

hey evry one,, i have that proccessor too and i overclocked it to 4.03 gHz, its temp reaches to 74c max is it safe??

@iamnotexist1 if that's with the stock cooler then yeah that is bad, u should try and by an after market cooler or at least change the thermal paste just keep an eye on the temps but u should be alright

i want to overclock my E5300 cpu .i just want to know if it's safe to do it with a 500wats source.and is overclocking have something to do with the life of the part.is it damaging the part in time ?

@MasterOfMusic011 Yeah you should be safe with a 500w power supply I have the same wattage as u. Technically u are shorting the life span but not very much you won't really notice it...CPU's and meant to take a pretty decent amount of stress and as long as its kept cool you should be fine also keep an eye on the voltage u don't want it to high because they can really harm the chip including the board.. both other then that your fine. Have fun over clocking

is E5200 no? the mult is 12.5 x and E5300 is 13x?

@dragawros I'm using a e5300 and the multi is 13, and yea the e5200's multi is 12.5

i did something to cool it :D i put the cpu on freezer ,,, the temp was bout 30c ,,, evryone try it :D ITS GREAT

This means nothing until u stress the cpu whit some proper tools. And if its stable, then it is good overclock !
