It looks like Historic St Lorenz in Frankenmuth, MI. But it's been a while since I was there, and I would have to wonder when they installed those hideous flat-panel screens.

It's not Roman Catholic, and, I didn't know the Missouri Synod allowed liturgical dance. Hmm, you learn something new every day. The church is pretty though, and I like the song.
