My Uncle was in 1970 - 1971 he was in 2-1 cav , B 1-1 cav and HHT 1-1 cav. Robert H. Royer He was a tank commander for HHT 1-1 cav when he was KIA . I'm looking for some of his buddies that were with him.

Great video! I worked with Armor units a couple times. Had a couple bad fire fights while out on patrol. I was with Co.C 3/21/196
Feb 68 - Feb 69. Was all over Vietnam from DMZ
to Chu Lai. Walked bush on Gun Squad M60 most of time.Had M79 a little,but I sucked at that!

I didn't make this video to make a political statement. I am a proud American, this is the greatest country in the World. It has it's problems but those problems are few when compared with many other countries. I believe the Vietnam War was a senseless waste of 58,000 American lives and I don't know how many Vietnamese lives. This video was to honor those who served their country. Please leave the political commentary out.
