Always chill, Gegard talks about fighting Keith instead of his original opponent, Mike Kyle, his desire to win the belt back and his thoughts on the potential fight between current champ, Dan Henderson, and Fedor Emelianenko. Karyn is a big Gegard fan, and as such, asks the fighter if he feels he's getting enough fights, and whether he feels he's facing tough enough competition. She also gets him to blush- which is a personal goal she sets every time she talks to him.
