they both landed one or 2 punches eager threw more but mostly missed..id call it a draw but ryp had quite a size disadvantage

Sure didn't look that way. In all fairness though, Rypien is a hell of a fighter and was at the end of a long shift. But in this case he was not the better fighter. Fresh on the ice I'm sure he would have beaten eager, just not here.

What do you disagree with, that they weren't playing dirty, that it didn't cost them in the long run and they were truly the 2nd best NHL team, or what???

Wow, lets not even talk cheap shots with the many that the Nucks through during the playoffs. In the long run it really cost them. If they would just play to their strengths maybe they would have a cup.

@mooseyjuice6t9 i wouldn't say either won more of a draw no serious punches landed, btw eager has about 60 pounds on rypien so you can't say the guy isn't a hero, RIP
