Stern Review on the Economics of Climate Change: Part 1 Q&A

To end the morning session, members of the audience are given the opportunity to field questions to the panelists. For example, in response to audience questions, Hope qualifies some of his earlier remarks and further explicates the PAGE2002 model and its uses; while Stern addresses the intersection of the social cost of carbon and policy formation. The session concludes with a few words from J. Gustave Speth, who articulates what he believes are the strongest points of the Stern Review, including its challenge to politicians.
