Billiards - The Slam Break

Hall of Fame billiard professional Buddy Hall, aka "The Rifleman" gives us another break option to the Side Rail Break. He calls it the "Slam Break."

In other words, do what every guy has done since the game was invented, break the ball as hard as you can and hope for the best. Now, don't miscue and rip the cloth like Peter Sellers, just give it a good solid whack.

And for Pete's sake, clean the cloth before you break.

Seems like they picked those girls up from a car wash there at the end.

Good advice I suppose. I typically get a more powerful break off the rail, but a lot of professionals choose to use this technique almost all the time.
