used to love going to the bescot for the sidings and the river tame(and the football too)although i am bcfc.

Brilliant, i spent loads of time there in the seventies, Great memories mate.

@Jafromobile I may have left my nickname once or twice when I was a young brat, but that was in the day when people wrote in simple terms like, "Joe Blogs was ere" not the fancy stuff you see today. LOL

I wish I had too, I also wish I had photos of Bescot Sewerage plant across from the station.
We used to ride on the moving arms on the filter beds..... ah happy days
