  • I wish they'd differentiated between Type 2 and Type 1.

  • After a year of staying away from hydrogenated oils, I found I went from taking 10 units a meal to 2 units but as I said, it took a little over a year. After 2 years, the process was complete & I can finally eat whatever I want without using insulin but I know to stay away from hydrogenated oils of coarse. I found that these oils stick to your cells for years and can only get washed away by turning fats into water soluble fats and the best way is omega-3 (flaxseed oil & alaskan salmon).

  • Hello, I recently was diabetic and was diagnosed as a type 1 (8 years ago). After extensive research, I found that 90% of all diabetic are type 2 and most people diagnosed with type 1 are misdiagnosed. I found many ways that could help diabetes and the result was this. Hydrogenated oils are the cause of diabetes & high fructose corn syrup just spikes blood sugars and kills the cells of the pancreas faster.

  • if people did not get obese and practiced healthy habits in the first place they would not have type two please view my channel. also TYPE ONE IS TRUE DIABETES TYPE 2 IS LAZY PEOPLE WHO DON'T KNOW WHEN TO STOP EATING AND START EXCERCISING change the name on this video to TYPE TWO DIABETES BRAKE.
