@KittyOHara Thank You, Kitty. LOL, I read the comments by Sebastien and I think he needs to lighten up a little bit and enjoy himself more!

Oi Sebastien, why are you being so horrible? If I didn't like your hobbies I wouldn't tell you that you should 'wake up' and ask you what you hope to achieve!
There are males in my pole dancing group and no one tries to ridicule them. Do you have any idea how difficult pole dancing is? Why don't you stop questioning other people's hobbies and start one of your own that is more productive than trying to bring people down.
Poledancefan, well done, I still can't do this move!!

with my wife and kids (well, they are almost grown!), reading, listening to music...and so on. I have other skills--I play guitar (terribly), and I am a ham radio operator (KB9EVA, and speak French tolerably well. I just do this stuff for the pure cussed fun of it--that's the ONLY reason. I am not "afraid" of that reason at all. I'm just having a blast, hopefully not harming anybody. Come on in, the water's FINE!!

LSebastien, I kept an extensive Blog of all my reasons inthe first videos two years ago. I loved watching the ladies who pole and enjoyed leaving comments about their work. Originally I did a video as a spoof or comic skit about putting up a pole in th house (Poledancefan's Wife Lays Down the Law). I went ahead and built it as a homebuilt project. I decided that if I was going to comment on the skills of others, I should try it myself. I also enjoy bike riding, weight lifting, spending time ..
Gosh Jiel, I've been trying to get this down for two years, still no progress with me though. But I do remember when I came across her video for this and was just like, "that looks easy, if I can do an ayesha on the pole, why can't I do this in the floor??" Tried it, and it is DEFINITELY NOT as easy as she makes it look. >.<
Still working on it though, and your looking pretty good with it! Congrats!
Much love from NC<3

@stevieneurotic Hi Stevie! Thank you for the comment. It is a tricky move and I still can't always get it right. The key is keeping the legs as low as possible at first until balanced, then pushing them up and straight. I love her video, too. She actually sent me a comment once and I was very excited. I think she is fantastic and I wish she posted more vids now and then! /joel lessing

@CallMeFever Je vous remercie, CallMeFever!! Your video is one of my FAVORITE tutorials and I still watch it frequently. Vraiment, a "International Pole Camp" au Canada, nous avons parlé au sujet de ton video, et il y'a des gens qui a essayé le mouvement aussi! /Joel Lessing
