my friend the only solution for jamaica is the imposition of martial law. the government should suspend the constitution and unleash the full arm of the police and miltiary into the the crime hot spots. Impose curfews and shoot to death anything that move within curfew hours. Such a campaign should continue untill fear for law and order is driven back in the minds of the law breakers.
