I don't think Little Mermaid will come out until Fall 2013. That's when the 3D re-release is coming and I think they will do the same thing as Lion King, the re-release then the blu ray release.

@sxerunner is it possible to extract the mp3 onto itunes? i can't seem to find the soundtrack when inserting the digital copy disc into my computer, it just ask me for the disney code.

They just announced re-releases of 4 Disney movies in 3D into theatres. Beauty and the Beast and Finding Nemo will be re-released in 2012. The Little Mermaid and Monsters, Inc will be re-released in 2013. So I expect a blu-ray release for the Little Mermaid and Finding Nemo soon thereafter just like Disney did with the Lion King.
