All the symbols of goats and horns being evil and ya think a child is safe around something with horns. Not saying goats are evil but the possibility of a goat putting out an eye would create that effect after the fact. Just a comment about symbolisms and the real reasoning behind them. If your childs eye was put out you would come up with all sorts of excuses why the goat is evil. Especially in ancient times. I guess it depends on who's goat and who's child though. And which or who's eye.
