Airplanes VS. Trains

This is a video that hopefully will convince you to travel with an airplane instead of a train next time your out on vacation or something. It is also a competition between me and a friend, Sondredb. I think that airplanes is the best way to travel both now and in the future, but he thinks that train is the best way to travel.

Please watch, comment and rate this video to show to the rest of the world that airplanes is the future, not trains.

Sure if you want to just GET to your destination then go by plane, but if you're taking a vacation, enjoy the trip and take the train. To prove it just look up Amtrak Acela commercial.

That is the most biased video I have ever seen. High Speed Trains go just as fast as planes if you include travel times to and from the airport and security. and who said planes are safer than trains.

you say train suck, what about TGV, Shinkansen, Siemen Velaro, flight 9F and Flight 2H(eurostar and thalys, both are high speed train)?? they make less or almost no co2 and carry more passenger than plane, plus they travel over 186+ mph and u can even use mobile phone on board all time, u get real table, u get internet connection , u get power outlet for charging laptop, electronic device and u can even buy meals on board!!!

@ROBLOXROX007 agreed, and when theres a mechanical issue on a train it can stop and be repaired, instead of having to make a crash landing in the jungle. Its safer to ride the train than take the airplane and statistically your more likely to die in a plane crash than a train derailment. simply due to the impact factor. 90mph vs 400mph

Or the fact that you can go down the street, get on a train and take it to your destination with a little dignity such as your own hotel room and a restaurant, as opposed to being packed into a little plane like an animal. Trains may take a bit longer but its greener, safer, and more comfortable than flying. I'd rather take a couple days off and travel in comfort than sweat next to big cookie who needed 2 seats for 4 hours. ugh Trains will always beat airplanes. thats the bottom line.

0:16 is out of order. Planes crash WAY more than trains. Its not the trains fault that they crash, I mean the one in the pic was because some idiot changed the points and made the train derail.

Well it depends on how far you're going. If it's a short distance, it may be cheaper to take a train, but if it's a big distance or intercontinental, planes are obviously better.

And you can take your drinks with you on the train! And you baggage is always with you, so it can't get lost.
