Combining notification icon, laucher/shortcut icon and taskbar icon

This is an example of how you can have the same icon for your systray, taskbar and shortcuts. Its a prime example of simplicity.

The example here is getting an MSN message. This video shows clearly the difference between my MSN program (pidgin) not running, the MSN program running, and what it does when it wants to notify me of a new message.
