Pectoralis Major: pt is supine and they use opposite hand to move their breast tissue out of the way (female or male). Contraction Phase: In this case Dr. places L hand on shoulder and applies resistance. Pt then pushes up into Dr.s L hand for 10 sec. Stretch Phase: Dr. removes L hand and places R hand over the pts tissue pull hand. then Dr. places L hand on shoulder and applies traction.
