i had one of these and i had nothing but problems with it especially with the 8800 gpu it burnt out then the motherboard went but still it was a good laptop when it worked

wow, 3 years later... i was gonna get myself one of these for £800 (cause its cheaper now) with dual 8800m gtx's but i payed £200 more and got an MSI GX740 because of the lower NM CPU, size, brand and 5870M so basically a desktop 5770, epic!!

Go for Alienware M17 if you want a gaming Laptop. Also Dell XPS M1730 is good but Alienware is better

Alienware ARE Dell. Dell bought them out a while back. Alienware are over priced any way, M1730 is better value for money and instead of getting something on the alienware laptop you could get Dual 9800GTX's if im not mistaken in the M1730 now. DELL = WIN
