The Raiders had a chance for McKenzie to hire Grudan. Grudan wanted to come to Oakland, but I guess Marc Davis and McKenzie want their show, not the Grudan show. Grudan takes the team to the Superbowl, and get's fires that off season!! He must have been extremely passionate and spoke his mind, the Raiders need him!

@TnsuTuba13 I kept saying, if Peyton isn't gonna play for Indy, he should stay on as the QB coach and OC. And bringing in Gruden would have been just crazy! In 3 years, the Colts would be back at the SHOW!!

Gruden may very well get his chance to coach the Colts since they jusy had a 2-14 season, they hired a new GM and they are drafting Andrew Luck. He can groom him into a Elite Qb after Peyton retires
