you cant spend money if you are dead. The missiles are our defence.

trident with the cost of full scale world war there is a clear cost savings. If you are too stupid too see the advantage of strategic deterrant with the many rising global threats then you are probably too stupid too make your own living any way!
I don't want to spend my US tax dollars to bail out the Brits again because of their desire to take more holidays!

This is why we have to keep bailing Europe out! Instead of investing in your own defense you would rather invest your peace dividends into social welfare programs that do nothing but increase dependancy. How many of these pensioners remember the second world war and the position England was in because of lack of investment in strategic weaponry. If you compare the cost of trident with the cost of full scale world war there is a clear cost savings.
