An Action Battle System project I'm working on for rm2k3. the video features me testing out different spells and attacks.
I also made the video to get feedback on whether it looks better when the "damage numbers" follow the enemy, or stay fixed at the position they were once the damage was dealt.

  • @hawkeyegames I'm still working on it, so no It's finished yet, and it's going slow as college work has higher priority.

    I've mostly been working on core mechanics so far, so it's basically a lot of tech and little game so far. I've recently started working on actual game content though, so it should soon be more than just tech.

    At the moment the goal is to finish a demo of the first segment of the game, to get a better feeling of how well the system works, optimistically within late december.

  • Lovely, but magic spamming is a no-no.

    Hope the game it's still in process or completed maybe.

  • Looks not bad at all. both menu and abs are nicely done. You can progress much more in the future with these systems.
