Needle and Thread -Baby

Have you ever heard of the needle and thread trick to determine how many and what gender children you'll have? I have heard about the one with the ring above the belly but my MIL told me about this one :)

My boyfriends mom did this to me and it didnt move at all does this mean i wont have any kids? :( it made me sad..

i did it again at home to myself and it moved a little back and forth and little circles but it was just faint..

@mmoneyitswhereitsat My sister in law just had a beautiful healthy baby boy - she had no results from the needle. It really depends on the person. I believe it has something to do with energy in your hand. Just odd that it's mostly correct in people that I've seen do it. (even before they have kids)

I thought you were suppose to hold the string in ur right hand n do it over ur left since it is closer to ur heart.....also everytime i do it it says boy, girl, boy-girl, girl and it jus seems to keep doing them i mean it pauses between them but how long should i leave it above my hand to see how many im gonna have? By this Im havin LOTS n LOTS it never really stops!!! Help lol

@Savannajo6 Whichever way I do it, it always comes out the same. Even when I do the ring on the top of my hand. One day we'll all find out. Sometimes people have no luck with it some have 100% accurate results. In your case your hand may be trembling which makes it constantly give results.

I never believe this until last night. This is pretty freaky to say the least. My wife and I are currently expecting our first child. According to this trick, we are having a boy, followed by another boy and followed by 2 girls. So 2 boys. 2 girls. WOW. I was skeptical after been shown this so I asked my mother in law to do it. And sure enough, it was %100 right again. Still not convinced, I myself did it only to get the exact same results as my wife!!! Insanely freaky indeed. Try it out!

@CourtneysSweets Yup, side to side boy circle girl.  If it pauses in between and continues before you start over that usually means twins.

@Savannajo6 I get the same results for both hands, it never changed when switching - Hope that answers your question :-) Your hand could be shaky. Mine always stops, and when I bring it up after the twins it doesn't move at all. Same every time. :)

@fafoosnick6839 With my experience, side to side means boy and circle means girl. Not sure on other ways.

so I guess whether you have a boy or girl is already predetermined. Anyway here's what I notice...in most couples, controlling/dominating woman= baby boy, controlling man= baby girl, so having an equal number shows a balanced relationship. I've noticed this in too many people for it to be a mere coincidence. Mine said 3 girls and 1 boy it makes me sad.
