Funny thing is this is also the song that plays in Putrid Courtroom (when trying to escape the Colosseum) as sorta like a boss battle since it doens't play again (story wise)

From Disgaea one, yes. As for the Don Joaquin battle, I'm pretty sure it's not the song that plays during that boss fight. What I'm sure of is, it's the song that plays on the battle against Hoggmeiser in chapter 3 AND the battle against Kurtis. Can't remember the exact chapter for Kurtis.
