Hello Doctor, I sure do hope u get this. But I am 18 years old and I'm considering plastic surgery. I wouldn't say I'm not attractive, but my nose is definitely a negative factor to my face. My bridge is fine, my tip however is very bulbous. I'm afraid to get my nose done and have a 'pinched' look. Do you do ethnic noses? Also I am hispanic. Thank u so much for your help, this would definitely be a wonderful change in my life. :)
