@leusipi It's a bad thing that it didn't file for Chapter 11, because it is saddled with higher operating costs. The ones that filed for Chap 11 were able to lower their costs.

@leusipi Spirit is the cheapest SJU-FLL-LGA in high season is at $65

But in a way it is a curse that American hadn't filed for bankruptcy, because it still has fairly high costs. The airlines that restructured in bankruptcy now have lower costs.

shut the hell upn stop hating suprisingly you could AFFORD to fly american...yall r some cheap arses..ill have you know that american is not cheap and by the way is successful in which is the only airline to not have went bankrupt or was close to or filedfor ch 11.... american bought more then two big airlines..and only a dumb arse would not know where the exits are..i mean it only says exit you retarded arses...American is actually the biggest airline in the world at #1..so shut the hell up...

why doesnt AA acknowledge the location of exits? i have been on various AA planes where there is a live demo and the f/a just says "clearly marked doors on each side and window exits over the wings" AA is so strange to me...i dont understand them. im always a bit frustrated when i have to fly them....i rather US...as they are my home town airline. thanks for any info!

Cause AA is so cheap that they makes a generic safety video for their entire fleet.
