@MacDaddyMcFresh except the fact that he plead guilty. im not trying to say that driving drunk, and killing a person is right, its horrible. but he drove away, yeah, have you been drunk? i think so. you probably know how hard it is to really think about anything thats not sleeping and food. you cant call him a bad person because he did something while drunk, did he run, yes. did he take responsibility of his actions after the matter? yeah, so i dont see and reason to call him a bad person.

That being said; I posted the guy's music on YouTube because no one else seemed to have posted the studio versions of most of his songs. He's a bad guy, but if you can separate artist from art, you can appreciate a hell of a lot more music. His work isn't life-changing or profound by any means, but it is kind of nice, and to hate it because he himself is a piece of shit would be dishonest. He's going to prison; I feel that's punishment enough that I don't need to boycott his music.

yeah, he was jailed for an accident he had, so what? its not like he lied about doing it. and listen to the music! god, he has such a beautiful voice..

@joelanotor I absolutely refuse to waste my time with an arbitrary YouTube flame war, but I feel obligated to attack blatant stupidity sometimes. Carlos Bertonatti hit a cyclist while driving drunk, and then made the decision to flee the accident while the man bled to death. Instead of accepting responsibility for his actions and doing everything in his power to help the man, he left him on the side of the road to die, alone. Fleeing the scene of the crime=lying about doing it. Dude's a coward.
