why people always try to find ways to drop weight fast??? and reason why your not dropping weigh is that your not checking your diet at all..you work out to eat more...so learn your mistakes and correct them. i did this as a warm not a work out...and drop 6 lbs easily with proper diet..thats in 3 weeks just to let you know..dont rush losing weight its a lifestyle change. you fck up your body and now you want easy fix...i dont think so..its a hardwork to fix it

Does this do any more than an elliptical machine work out for 20 minutes? I can't see how it does.

@axfndi62 It's a high intensity cardio workout. All 3 exercises will work your core though.

@minge9 I tried this for a little over a month, 3 times a week. I check my BMI every week and honestly, this has not helped. It actually increased my body fat % a tad so i stopped doing it as a shortcut and went back to other cardio methods like running for 30-40 minutes, eliptical machine or recumbent bike. Maybe my body is just to adapted therefore it doest work? i dunno. It HAS however helped with my SPRINT distance when i run using HIIT. I find myself being less winded.
