@davegooley Thats good friend. I have to say that here in Los Angeles,CA,I have not seen that at all and I'm out and about all over the city daily. I surely hope to see that here one day. I've asked them to join mebut instead they say that I'm telling people the wrong name. That it should be Yeshua and not Jeus that I say, I'm a jew and theyer telling me this. Incredible!. That semantics game gets satan very amused. Whats the end result? They don't go out to street preach.
@DeliverTheWord1 while I am not denying that some within the Messianic movement do what you are saying, I also recognize that there are those who do witness to others about Yeshua. Whenever one of these individuals makes a video on YouTube, there is a chance that someone who has rejected Yeshua sees the video and receives the witness. In addition, there are Messianics that verbally witness on the streets. Like miracles, they do happen even if we didn't see them personally.
@davegooley Thats just it friend. I grew upin an orthodox Jewish homeand even in the Messianic Shuls you cannot escape mixing in the traditions of the Chachamin. Therin lies the danger. I am a Jew and I observe Shabbos and Kosher and Moedim but I also fellowship with my gentile brethren in Christ and go out into the streets proclaiming Yeshua or to the gentiles JESUS. You don't see the Messianics doing any street witnessing. There more involved in traditions and ways to do them.
@barbaralroot We are known by our fruit...if our fruit is absent...we stand to be cursed like the fig tree... They have itchy ears and want to hear what suits them...and G-d HIMSELF will send them a great delusion to believe the lie, because they refused to come to the Light... You cannot convince anyone...but you did sound the Shofar and warned them... The destiny of their souls and their blood is upon their own heads.
@barbaralroot Don't forget that works can be anything from helping an old lady cross the street to helping a friend with homework. By doing these things you are loving your neighbour as yourself. You are not confined to rules and regulations written by man.
@barbaralroot Explain to them the difference between "Traditions of man" and the 10 commandments. I don't think any Christian believes the 10 commandments are not to be obeyed. They probably think you're refering to the 613 Mitzvah, which as far as I know are interpretations of bible verses.

I have tried to explain it that way but they are so indoctrinated that they refuse to see what I am trying to show them. Sometimes I feel all alone.
