There's an easy way to make the caramel filling yourself:
200g sugar
130g cream (35%)
60g butter
Begin by cooking the sugar till it gives a caramel, need a nice brown color, then add the cream slowly, and put it out of the fire. Then add the butter and let it cool.
It gives a very nice caramel,

i followed this reipe to a "T" and it did not turn out!!!!!!!
why doesnt it call 4 baking soda or powder?
