It is not his Rig it is the Recording Software. Most Recording techniques eat away at your Frames per Second.

Only problem with Tiberium Wars is the Skirmish capability to allow more then 4 (including yourself) players. It should've at least been 8...

@douglaslort Interesting to see such posts keep popping up. First it was the April 2007, the software for recording video back then is not even good AND dual-core is at its infancy where almost no games or software applications support it.
The game played fine(just recording is wonky) and video uploaded is not about rigs. PS this reply is posted Jan 2011
