The Moments - To You With Love - Beautiful soul ballad (Early Ray, Goodman and Brown)

Wow! What a beautiful song. As well this comes from a very rare pressing. The record is a one sided copy, but it's NOT a promo. What's even stranger is To You With Love was actually the B side of this release. Why would they make a one sided stock copy of only the B side?
