@Rshimy i ment like water and stuff? ha im sure they know HOW to brush theyre teeth, but i doubt they can do it very often because of water problems and stuff. plus, i doubt this kid has ever been nor ever will go to a dentist.

as for theyre legs rotting off... they dont really have the best surgeons over there, or enough money to pay for one

You see, these people dont take care of themselves. Thats why you see 3rd world people with their fuckin legs rotting off.
