Slap in the face if you ask me: Kitty, Patsy, Loretta, Dolly but why did this special overlook Reba McEntire? If you want a better documentary of the history of country music, ask someone who has the 12-part documentary called Century of Country, which covers the whole enchilada a lot better than this british stuff.

@HTownCountryFan I totally agree! I don't understand how George Strait, George Jones, Reba, Patty Loveless, and numerous others weren't included but I guess it's 'cause outside the US they don't really get a lot of Country Music. I mean even within the US it's difficult to find Country Music in areas outside the South so I'm not surprised to see the BBC produce a half ass documentary lol I uploaded it anyways ^^
