That was just a way to speak, akb, it meant that science is more an asset for the prochoice side than for the breeders' side.

We are not desperate at all, lol, the modern world is pro choice!

Medical science leads to a pro-life perspective rather than a pro-choice perspective. If medical science can be used at all to draw a line, the clearest line is at the moment of conception life begins. Medical arguments provide a strong case against abortion and for life. The only way to argue against it, is to argue against your own very life. You were once the very thing you are justifying killing. Isn't that a bit hypocritical on your part?

If medical science leads to pro life, how come
- 77% of the US medical health professionals are pro-choice?
- every single professional medical association in the US is pro-choice (AMA, AMSA, APA, AAOBGYN, etc)?
- every single national medical association in the first world is pro-choice?
- Of the top 40 medical schools in the US, all 40 teach pro-choice curricula regarding abortion?

Science is undoubtedly pro choice!!!

And based on that lawyers, not doctors had to change things.. So they said.. Ok the heart beats, but it must have to have brain activity.. If the cessation of brain wave activity can define death, could the onset of brain wave activity define life? Individual brain waves are detected in the fetus in about 40-43 days. Using brain wave activity to define life would outlaw at least a majority of abortions. So once again the lawyers had to go back again..

It's not brain wave activity that defines life it's cortex activity. Not before 24 wks of fetal devt.

First argument... My body..My choice.. Science has proved that the embryo is separate from the mother genetically, so saying it is the same as a liver or kidney is medically wrong. Second.. It is not life until it is born... Death used to be defined by the cessation of heartbeat. A stopped heart was a clear sign of death. If the cessation of heartbeat could define death, could the onset of a heartbeat define life? At 18 weeks a baby has a full heartbeat..

In speaking and counseling with women in all my time have I ever heard one say.."I've been fulfilled and enriched by this experience" "What a wonderful thing I've done" I am fulfilling Gods purpose and a better person because of it" In fact all I hear is quite opposite in spite of if she believes a abortion was right. It is that emotional scaring that is helping women help others. Acknowledged or not the guilt is there because she has violated the law of nature and the natural design of her body

spea: To have a murder, you have to be able to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that a crime was committed in a court of law.

Defense to Prosecution: Where is your proof that there is life before birth?

Prosecution: ??? Duh...there is none.

Judge: Case dismissed.
