I believe in God. God said human life is a soul in a body and God said life begins at birth.

The Constitution of the United States grants me the right to believe this and exercise my belief by having an abortion without a requirement of proof. To take that right away, YOU have to prove I am harming someone by doing so.

So until you can prove God does not exist or that life begins prior to birth...you can not make abortion illegal.

You can not prove a fetus has qualitative human life prior to birth. You can not measure a soul, and prove or disprove the existance of one before live birth. It is completely speculative that humanity or personhood exists before a living being is born.

All a first year law student would have to do is say, "Prove beyond a reasonable doubt that life existed prior to birth".

Impossible...you can not prove or disprove a soul is present prior to birth. Case dismissed.
