I tried a lot but I can't make double kick after flamingo twice .. This is not happened with all moves.. for example when I click rectangle then holding forward with X I can after that do X+O double kicks one time only, after that if I hold forward with X then click X+O to do the second double kicks he will do another thing!!
Also Ican do another thing like O,X then flamingo then back down X,X this is works all the time and I think double kick must be same right? but it's not work >_<

how do all these people figure out how to make these combos? do you just... find them when you're trying out different button sequences?

First go to training mode. Learn the basic moves, them learn the example combos. From there you should get a idea of what moves can connect, then experiment.
